Although Amici has been part of Saint Augustine for over two decades, Freddy and Jenn Underhill’s dream came true when they purchased Amici in March 2020. With keys to their future in hand, they were ready to get to work! However, a week later, they were shut down for dine-in service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The combination of hard work, determination and amazing community support, kept the restaurant alive during such an unprecedented time!
They are a husband and wife team, working together to ensure that every dining experience they offer is truly exceptional. They are driven by their passion for using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available. Additionally, they are committed to supporting local businesses and suppliers as much as possible, as they believe in the power of community and collaboration.
